These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Zylopost (“Zylopost”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website and the Zylopost application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@zylopost.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Zylopost is an AI-powered social media scheduling tool that lets you write or generate content, schedule it, and automatically publish it to your connected social media accounts. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

To publish on your behalf, you connect third-party social accounts (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) via OAuth and grant us the permissions needed to post your scheduled content. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or policies of third-party platforms, and a platform may delay, reject, or remove content independently of us. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Our AI composer is powered by third-party providers (including OpenAI) to generate captions and images from the prompts you supply. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to store your drafts and to publish posts to the platforms you select at the times you schedule.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that publishing it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• Send spam, or engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative activity.
• Violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected social platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt or overload our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or others.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, fees, billing cycles, and any trial terms will be presented to you before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively, and we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Zylopost or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our name or logos without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, as publishing depends on third-party platforms outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylopost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zylopost harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create risk for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Zylopost's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
